1. Ordering

Ordering All items by AHADII are carefully designed using quality fabrics and processing. Items in stock will be shipped out within 1-3 days of receiving payment for the item. We will keep you updated via email on the progress and details of the order.

2. Shipping

AHADII aims to ship orders within 1-3 days. If this is not possible, customers will be contacted with alternative options. Delivery is by mail, Estimated Delivery Times by Mail:

• Baltic States: 1-4 business days (via Omniva)

• Europe: 3-14 business days

Customers must provide a valid delivery address where they will be available for at least three weeks after ordering. Tracking information will be provided when orders are dispatched.

Local charges (such as sales tax and customs duties) may apply depending on the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility. Customers should check with their local customs office for further information

3. Payment

AHADII accepts payments via: Stripe

Payments are processed only through the official AHADII website. Shipping costs are calculated separately and not included in the product price. Orders will be processed once payment is received.

4. Refusal of Transaction

AHADII reserves the right to withdraw products, remove or edit website content, and refuse transaction processing at its sole discretion. Orders cannot be accepted if payment authorization cannot be obtained.

5. Refunds & Returns

Returns are accepted if they are in original condition—unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, with all labels and tags attached. Customers should handle garments with care and avoid using them for photoshoots or promotional purposes before returning.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. AHADII is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged return packages.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the day after receiving the order. Refunds will be credited to the original payment account within 30 business days, excluding any applicable taxes, import duties, or shipping fees.

6. Copyright & Trademarks

All content on the AHADII website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and videos, is the property of AHADII and is protected by Estonian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of any website content is prohibited without prior written consent from AHADII.

7. Privacy Policy

When purchasing products, customers may be asked for personal information such as name, address, email, and phone number. This information is used solely to process orders. AHADII may share necessary details with employees or agents for account and service administration.

AHADII does not disclose personal information to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
